Company History: North Country Home Care was founded in 2000. In 2006, the company was bought by Val Anderson and Judy and the company was re-named North Country Home Care II, Inc. or NCHC. Both Val and Judy worked for the original company since 2002. Jan 2023, Judy retired and Jenna Totten bought Judy’s half of the company. NCHC is a MN Health Care Provider organization committed to supporting those we serve to make a positive difference in the our clients homes and community Our office is located in Zimmerman, MN. and we serve mostly the rural Midwest counties of MN.
North Country Home Care II, Inc. offers a variety of services that are coordinated by a Registered Nurse. We work directly with your County Social Worker/PHN/Insurance to ensure the highest quality care. We are a locally owned and operated PCA and Waivered (245D) agency providing services all in the comfort of your own home and in the community to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

NCHC specializes in PCA (Personal Care Assistants) and Waivered programs such as Homemaking, Respite, Night Supervision, IHS with or without training and ICLS for adults and children who have disabilities or special needs.
